Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (Coated)
PCC are coated with a low percentage (1-3 percent) of a fatty acid, such as Stearic acid, for use in non-aqueous systems. These coatings increase the dispersion of the PCC in the polymer or solvent as well as its compatibility with the polymer or solvent, which will maximizes the performance and efficiency of the PCC.

SCC PCC 30C - YB
SCC PCC 30C - YB  is suitable to use in Polyacrylate Paints, Alkyd Resin Paints, Cable Compounding and Rubber Compounding.  Over a broad range of PVCs SCC PCC 30C - YB  gives high opacity and better optical properties for the paint apart from its superior anti setting characteristic.  For cable compounding it offers higher dispersion characteristics, higher loading and output with less wear and tear

 SCC PCC 40C - YB

SCC PCC 40C - YB Specially coated  is the most suitable grade for uPVC Profile and Pressure Pipes Applications. A tetra functional compound coated SCC PCC 40C - YB has an advantage in ease of manufacturing & molecule building thus providing better adhesion properties in polymer matrix.  The dispersion characteristics are better and surface gloss of the end product is improved beside good weathering resistance.

SC PCC 80C – YB
SC PCC 80C – YB Is a surface coated PCC used in uPVC Pipes Applications. Its ease of flow and dispersion characteristics due to controlled viscosity allow smoother operation of extrusion, higher loading and more output with better impact strength, good elongation at break, surface finish and less wear & tear on extruder.
SCC PCC 50C - YB

SCC PCC 50C - YB  The coated grade PCC finds application in Sealants to achieve better rheological qualities due to its ultra fine and uniform particle size distribution. The fatty acid surface treatment improves the dispersion behavior. The products act as a rheological modifier giving slump control.

SCC PCC 90C – YB
SCC PCC 90C – YB is surface coated ultra fine PCC suitable to use in Cable Compounds.  Its lower density, smaller particle size, calcite structure, purity and good dispersion in polymer matrix which controls volume resistivity. Better dispersion characteristics results increase in loading and output with smoother surface, good elongation at break, higher shore hardness, better tensile strength, good weathering properties and better electrical properties.
